By creating an account or using VetARide, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VetARide.

Description of Service

VetARide is an AI-powered vehicle analysis platform that:

  • Analyzes used car listings from public sources
  • Provides market value estimates and pricing recommendations
  • Generates reliability scores and identifies potential issues
  • Offers negotiation strategies and buying guidance

Our service is for informational purposes only. VetARide is NOT:

  • A substitute for professional mechanical inspection
  • A guarantee of vehicle condition or value
  • Financial, legal, or professional advice
  • A vehicle history report service (like Carfax)
User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our service
  • Resell or redistribute our analysis reports commercially
  • Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Payment Terms
  • Free tier: none. New accounts start with 0 credits; the sample report is free to read
  • Credits: one-off purchases, no subscription, no expiration date
  • Failed analyses: the credit is returned to your balance automatically
  • Purchases: non-refundable except as below
  • Pricing: Subject to change with notice
  • Billing: Processed securely through Stripe

Refunds may be considered for technical issues that prevented service delivery. Contact support within 7 days.

Intellectual Property
  • Our content: VetARide's AI models, analysis methods, reports, and interface are our intellectual property
  • Your content: You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us license to use it to provide the service
  • Feedback: Any suggestions you provide may be used to improve our service without compensation
Disclaimer of Warranties

VetARide is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Accuracy of market values or pricing estimates
  • Completeness of vehicle issue detection
  • Reliability scores will predict future problems
  • Analysis will identify all defects or concerns

AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information independently and get a professional inspection before purchasing any vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • VetARide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our analysis

You assume all risk associated with using our service to make vehicle purchasing decisions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VetARide, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
  • You may delete your account at any time via Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately
  • Provisions that should survive termination (limitation of liability, indemnification) will remain in effect
Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
