  • Device information (browser type, operating system)
  • Log data (IP address, access times, referring URLs)
How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide vehicle analysis and recommendations
  • Generate reports, comparisons, and market insights
  • Improve our AI accuracy and service quality
  • Send service-related communications (analysis results, account updates)
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT:

  • Sell your personal information to third parties
  • Share your data for advertising purposes
  • Use your vehicle searches to target you with car ads
Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate VetARide:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) - Powers our vehicle analysis engine
  • Stripe - Processes payments securely (we never see your full card number)
  • Base44 - Hosts our application infrastructure
  • Car listing sites (Cars.com, AutoTrader, etc.) - Source of vehicle data

These providers have their own privacy policies and handle data according to industry standards.

Data Security

We protect your information using:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security monitoring

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data - View your analysis history in your dashboard
  • Delete your account - Use the "Delete Account" option in Settings to permanently remove all your data
  • Export your data - Download PDF reports of your analyses
  • Opt out of communications - Unsubscribe from non-essential emails

For California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR): You have additional rights including data portability and the right to know what data we collect. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data Retention
  • Active accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
  • Deleted accounts: We remove your data within 30 days of account deletion
  • Analysis cache: Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained to improve our AI
Children's Privacy

VetARide is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
